Our Grand Entryway Foyer serves as a pre-ceremony guest space, featuring one-of-a-kind stained glass throughout, guest restrooms, ornate hand-carved woodwork, and a Steinway grand piano available if you’d like to hire a professional pianist

getting ready spaces

Our getting ready spaces include two private rooms with separate entrances for privacy, historic stained glass and hand-carved doors, comfortable seating, and a conference table. These rooms are conveniently located by the ceremony courtyard, and any clear beverages can be brought in for these spaces (champagne, beer, etc.)

Ceremony Courtyard

The Ceremony Courtyard comes with two setup options:

  • Facing the Magnolia tree – Seats up to 165 Chiavari chairs or 140 upholstered chairs

  • Facing the Chateau – Seats up to 150 Chiavari chairs or 120 upholstered chairs

Cocktail Hour Terrace

The Cocktail Hour Terrace is an elevated brick terrace with cocktail tables. There is room for a temporary bar setup, live music, or additional seating. The terrace is adjacent to the ceremony courtyard for an easy transition

The Grand Ballroom

The Grand Ballroom is an elegant indoor reception space with hardwood flooring, a raised stage, and natural lighting from East and West-facing windows. The ballroom can seat up to 175 guests and is ADA accessible with elevator access. Receptions must end by 11 PM, though additional hours are available as an add-on. Gray upholstered chairs are included, and Chiavari chairs are available as an upgrade.

The Chateau features beautiful limestone entryways and balconies, perfect for photos and skyline views. Our venue is a historic oasis nestled between modern high rises, and from our balconies, you can see everything.
